Bank Receptionist

Optegra has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bank Receptionist to join our supportive team at the Wetherby Eye Hospital. Please note this is a zero-hours contract, with pay starting from £13ph, dependent on experience.

The Role

You will be the face of our hospital, welcoming patients and visitors, informing them about their appointments, answering queries, and supporting their needs to ensure a positive experience. Additionally, you will assist with hospital and patient administration, including billing.

• Well-organized with the ability to prioritize in a busy environment
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Effective written and oral communication skills
