Optalis is the adult social care delivery partner on behalf of Wokingham Borough Council and the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead Council. Optalis is owned and funded by the 2 Councils. Optalis is not a private provider or an employment agency.

Optalis provides Extra Care Services for Older Adults with a variety of health conditions across the Wokingham Borough. We have opportunities for a Support Worker to join our team as we expand and grow in the Borough.
The role includes providing care and support to the people we support living in Extra Care Services meeting their person-centred care needs. This includes delivering personal care, meeting nutritional needs, administering medication, supporting activities and undertaking domestic duties.

This role will cover working in the following services as required:
- Alexandra Place – Woodley RG5 3QW
- Beeches Manor – Wokingham RG41 1AA
- The Birches – Woodley RG41 2PY
- Fosters – Woodley RG5 4SP
The rota shifts for this role are - mornings 7.30 am to 2.30 pm, afternoons 2.30 pm to 9.30 pm and long days 7 am to 9.30 pm.
