This is a 2 day event to recruit Qualified Nurses for our following locations:
- Bluebell House Nursing Home - Wokingham - 44 Hours £57,930.87
- The Hollies Nursing Home - Wokingham - 44 Hours £57,930.87
Primary Purpose of Role
In this role, you’ll spend your time alongside people who live in a nursing and care home, supporting them to live each day as comfortably and confidently as possible, with careful attention to their wellbeing. As a Nurse, you’ll help with everyday routines, always treating people with dignity, respect, and kindness. You’ll also take time to notice what matters to each person and support them to stay connected to their interests and abilities. All care is guided by individual care plans, and you’ll work closely with the nursing team and manager to make sure support is safe, consistent and person-centred.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care are being delivered at all times by undertaking accurate assessment and planning of care, delivery and ongoing evaluation of the care plans.
- Carry out nursing tasks including distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding and management of chronic medical conditions.
- Committing to acting in line with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct, maintaining registration requirements.
- A team player to supplement the staffing team, motivated and approachable to all levels of care staff.
