Qualified Nurse - £55,648.05 FTE £24.25 ph 44 hours weekly over 4 days Wokingham & Burghfield Common. Recruiting now for our nursing homes. Initially to cover a maternity position full time day shifts at our nursing home in Wokingham RG41 and after completion to reassign to our nursing home in Burghfield Common RG7. Both homes provide support to older people and younger adults. Specialisms also include treatment of disease, disorder, injury and dementia.
Responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care are being delivered at all times by undertaking accurate assessment and planning of care, delivery and ongoing evaluation of the care plans.
- Carrying out nursing tasks including distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding and management of chronic medical conditions.
- Committing to acting in line with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct, maintaining registration requirements.
- Being a team player to supplement the staffing team, motivated and approachable to all levels of care staff.
Your experience will include a minimum of 1 year working in a nursing home as a qualified nurse RGN.
