Healthcare Assistant / Reablement Assistant, Wokingham
£28,264.11 FTE Weekends Only £14.65 hourly
Shifts: 7am - 2pm Saturday & Sunday (14 hours), 4pm - 10pm Saturday & Sunday (12 hours)
The Short-Term Assessment and Reablement Team (START) is an intermediate care service providing short-term interventions of up to 6 weeks, to promote independence to residents in their own homes across Wokingham. This is a busy service, focused on providing timely rehabilitation goals to achieve maximum independence for the customer using a therapy-based approach.
