We have opportunities for a Support Worker to join our team as we expand and grow in the Borough. The role includes providing care and support to the people we support living in Extra Care Services meeting their person-centred care needs. This includes delivering personal care, meeting nutritional needs, administering medication, supporting activities and undertaking domestic duties.
