As a Rehabilitation Care Assistant you are part of a high-level, multi-disciplinary team, working alongside Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists, offering opportunities to develop clinical knowledge and explore different career paths within health and social care.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist with personal care, medication and physical wellbeing based on 1:1 requirements.
- Support customers with daily tasks while teaching them techniques to do them independently.
- Work with therapists to follow specific rehabilitation plans.
- Visit customers in their own homes across the Royal Borough of Windsor.
