Do you have Care Governance or Quality Assurance experience and are you passionate about elevating healthcare standards? We have an exciting temporary/fixed term opportunity for a Clinical Policy Writer/Administrator (Nursing Home) in Wokingham for a 6 Month Contract.
Working with the Registered Manager and the Optalis Governance Team, this role will support the preparation of clinical policies that ensure our residents receive the highest level of care. The role will include creating approximately 35/40 policies, such as:
- Resuscitation
- Stroke
- Pain management
- Diabetes
- Catheter
- Immunization
- Clinical governance in care homes with nursing
Using Croner-i, we have a base policy template for many policies, but they need more clinical guidance/instructional content and must be suitable specifically for Optalis and fit for purpose.
This is an exciting time to be part of our first nursing home, which has recently joined the Optalis family, as we ensure we are delivering the very best care to our residents.
