Location and Employment Details: Maidenhead - Pinkneys Green, Boyn Hill, South Bray.

Pay: £24,791.39 FTE (£12.85 Mon-Fri / £14.38 Sat-Sun).

Hours: various day shifts – full‑time and part‑time available.

Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with learning disabilities, autism and neuro‑diversity.
  • Conduct community activities, build confidence on trips.
  • Co‑coach independence: cooking, public transport, household budgeting.
  • Provide personal care and medication management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Passionate about empowering people and respecting their dignity.
  • Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence (highly desirable).
  • Willingness to undertake DBS Enhanced check.
