A Unique Leadership Opportunity

We are looking for a strong, talented, and highly motivated leader to join our Supported Living team. Unlike a standard vacancy, we are looking for the right person first - once recruited, we will work with you to place you in the service where your specific skills and experience will have the greatest impact. You will be responsible for a responsive, high-quality supported living service, ensuring that our independent living homes in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead maintain the highest CQC ratings.

How You’ll Lead

  • Exceptional Quality: All services meet or exceed CQC standards and remain fully compliant with legislation.
  • Person-Centred Care: The people we support remain at the core of everything we do - treated with respect, dignity, and empowered to live as independently as possible.
  • Team Development: Coaching and mentoring your team to deliver flexible support that helps the people we support to achieve their goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Managing budgets effectively, leading on recruitment, and maintaining strong relationships with housing associations and local authority partners.

About You

We are looking for a resilient leader with a proven track record of improving performance and motivating large teams in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ management experience in supported living or residential care, specifically working with learning disabilities, neurodiversity, or complex needs.
  • Qualifications: NVQ / QCF Level 5 is essential.
  • CQC Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Health and Social Care Act and CQC framework.
  • Transport: A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for business use.
  • Flexibility: Participation in the out-of-hours on-call rota.
