Holyport College is a successful secondary boarding school seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Rowing Lead to develop students’ rowing skills and support the establishment of a formal new entity – the Holyport College Boat Club. The role aims to sustain the current provision for Years 7‑9 while building a competitive program for boys and girls.
- Lead the College’s rowing program.
- Establish and develop the Holyport College Boat Club.
- Inspire young people to learn, develop and excel in rowing.
- Support the PE programme and coordinate training schedules.
Qualifications and experience: Passion for rowing, experience working with young people, strong organisational and coaching skills. All staff must obtain an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service clearance.
