Holyport College – Rowing Lead Location: Maidenhead Salary: £27,553 (1FTE – actual term time salary £22,774) Basis: Full time Start date: September 2026 – short‑term (term time only) Work hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday‑Thursday, 8:30 am to 3:45 pm Friday. Part‑time hours may be considered for the right candidate. Holyport College is a successful secondary boarding school seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Rowing Lead to develop students’ rowing skills and support the establishment of a formal new entity – the Holyport College Boat Club. The role aims to sustain the current provision for Years 7‑9 while building a competitive program for boys and girls. * Lead the College’s rowing program. * Establish and develop the Holyport College Boat Club. * Inspire young people to learn, develop and excel in rowing. * Support the PE programme and coordinate training schedules. Qualifications and experience: Passion for rowing, experience working with young people, strong organisational and coaching skills.
