Deputy Manager (Clinical) – Fulltime 44 hours weekly, Burghfield Common, RG7 £60,706.96 £26.46 hourly.
Recruiting now for our Nursing Home - Hollies Care Home near Reading lies at the heart of the picturesque village of Burghfield Common, set within a charming mansion house. Our dedicated team provide residential and nursing care to older people living with dementia, and nursing care for people aged 65 and over who are living with long term health conditions. This home has recently become an Optalis family member, and we are looking to recruit an additional Deputy Manager (Clinical) to join the home.
You will support the delivery of the day to day management of the home and support the Home Management when required, taking on leadership duties in their absence. You’ll set the highest standards ensuring a welcoming, safe and engaging environment is provided for all service users, employees and visitors to the home.
You will be a Registered Nurse (nursing home) with current NMC registration, NVQ 5 or able to work to and proven experience of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
