Wokingham £28,264.11 FTE Weekends Only £14.65 hourly

Shifts 7am – 2pm Saturday & Sunday 14 hours

Shifts 4pm – 10pm Saturday & Sunday 12 hours

Short-Term Assessment and Reablement Team (START) is an intermediate care service providing short‑term interventions of up to 6 weeks, to promote independence to residents in their own homes across Wokingham. This is a busy service, focused on providing timely rehabilitation goals to achieve maximum independence for the customer using a therapy‑based approach.

You must also be able to travel around Wokingham Borough and have your own transport available at all times. You will also be required to hold business car insurance.
