Optalis is recruiting for care and support roles to assist people with learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities in their community.

The role may include personal care, medication management, meal preparation and social activities, with a focus on promoting independence and wellbeing.

Full training will be provided, including a 7-day induction at our Head Office in Wokingham.

All FTCs are 12 months to cover maternity leave, with guaranteed hours and access to a vehicle for work.
