We are looking for amazing people to join our team of Healthcare Assistants at our nursing and care homes in Wokingham and Burghfield Common.
Our teams provide support to older people living with dementia and nursing care for people aged 65 and over who live with long‑term health conditions.

Responsibilities
- Provide care and support to residents in accordance with care plans
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of our residents
- Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Support with moving and positioning
- Assist at meal times
- Record keeping and reporting changes in health and behaviour
- Communicate with residents, families, colleagues and social care professionals
- Assist nurses with duties
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory
- A positive attitude, compassion and a willingness to get involved are essential
- Work Hours
- Full‑time: 44 hours per week
- Part‑time: 11–33 hours per week
- Shifts are 12 hours long with a 60‑minute unpaid break
- Options include 4 long days or 12‑hour overnight duties
- Training and Support
- Full training and support provided for all successful candidates
- Includes classroom sessions at our Head Office, online learning and shadow shifts
