Your Mission: As our Recruitment Partner, you’ll play a central role in scaling key operational and customer-facing teams. This isn’t just about filling roles; it’s about shaping our Searchers, elevating our employer brand, and driving long-term success. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across LifeSearch as part of the People & Culture team to deliver hiring strategies that are both compliant and commercially smart, leveraging social media and other unique attraction & selection methods to grow our talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple high-volume recruitment campaigns across core operational and customer service functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver structured, efficient, and values-led hiring processes.
- Proactively build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Power our social media and digital platforms using them to their full extent - Glassdoor, careers pages, and beyond - to attract, engage, and onboard top talent.
- Shape and amplify our employer brand, ensuring we stand out in a competitive market.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal hiring standards at every stage of the recruitment journey.
- Leverage data and market insight to influence hiring decisions and improve attrition metrics.
- Represent our values and culture throughout every stage of the candidate journey.

- Proven success in high-volume recruitment, ideally within financial services or another regulated industry.
- A flair for content creation and candidate engagement across social channels.
- Experience of building a strong Employer Branding proposition with active promotion and innovative ideas.
- Strong stakeholder management skills - you’re confident working with Leaders and understand the balance of speed, quality, and risk.
