This is a flexible part-time remote opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team, ideally suited to someone based in Cornwall or the South West. You will support clients and candidates across the Cybersecurity and Cloud technology markets, managing recruitment processes, building relationships, and helping businesses secure top technical talent. The role is ideal for someone who is personable, self-motivated, and commercially minded, with strong communication skills and an interest in people, technology, and business development.

Responsibilities
  • Source and engage high-quality candidates within the Cybersecurity and Cloud sectors
  • Support the recruitment process from initial briefing through to placement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Conduct candidate screening calls and assess suitability for opportunities
  • Provide a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Assist with business development and client relationship management
  • Keep recruitment systems and candidate records up to date
  • Work towards individual and team performance goals in a flexible environment
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or a client-facing role is beneficial but not essential
