Overview
In this role you will partner with senior leadership to design and scale OPSWAT’s people strategy across Europe, META, and the US. You will lead a regional HR team and own workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development to support rapid international growth. You’ll harmonize policies and employee experience while ensuring compliance across 20+ countries. Responsibilities
- Act as strategic partner to regional leadership and translate business objectives into people strategy
- Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development across regions
- Build and scale core HR programs to strengthen health, capability, and engagement
- Shape HR policies, practices, and systems to support growth while preserving local nuance
- Partner with global HR to ensure a consistent employee experience across lifecycle
- Own employee relations and ensure legal compliance across 20+ countries
- Oversee visa, nationalization, and multi-entity structures in META, in collaboration with local HR
- Provide strategic oversight of US HR programs in partnership with US HR resources
- Lead, coach, and grow a regional team of HR professionals
- Coach managers to lead through change, growth, and difficult conversations
Key requirements
- 10+ years of HR leadership in a fast-paced global tech environment
- Proven ownership of HR across multiple countries/regions
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong business acumen and executive presence; speak both people and performance language
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insight into action
- Demonstrated success in building high-performing teams and leading through transformation
