The Product Manager drives revenue growth through assessing current and future market requirements, building strategic product and service roadmaps, and driving go-to-market strategies. This role prioritises customer segments, designs appropriate pricing and service models, and conducts ongoing product lifecycle management.
Essential Functions Performed by the Position:
- Assesses current and future market requirements through ongoing interaction with customers and key internal stakeholders.
- Supports revenue growth by identifying market opportunities, shaping commercially aligned product capabilities, and enabling effective go-to-market execution.
- Utilises financial and other metrics to gauge the health of the product line and respond accordingly.
- Performs market discovery and validation activities and distils findings to inform product strategy.
- Provides region-specific product feedback, assesses impacts to service delivery, and ensures regional requirements are reflected in product roadmap planning.
- Defines and prioritises product requirements and collaborates with engineering teams within an Agile framework.
- Directs the successful launch of new products and features, including internal and external deployment planning and launch implementation, managing against KPIs.
- Partners on UX/design, drives implementation of MVP and beta program development, reviews and validates product delivery prior to launch.
- In partnership with Product Marketing, supports the identification of go-to-market strategy through understanding and prioritising customer buyer & user persona segments.
- Assesses competitive environment and supports messaging to assist Sales in competitive positioning.
- Supports the definition and execution of product strategy in alignment with Product leadership, ensuring consistency with global priorities and regional market needs.
- Builds and strengthens internal and external partnerships that support business growth, advances product strategy, and enables product expansion.
- Contributes to pricing and service model design, ensuring alignment with customer segmentation, market dynamics, and revenue objectives.
- Supports new business growth and customer retention through product and commercial strategy alignment.
- Champions the product vision, roadmap, and operational best practices, serving as a product evangelist within the organisation.
- In partnership with Services, performs win/loss analysis to better understand customer assessment processes, customer perceptions of competitors and Crane, and other critical customer insight.
- Runs internal stakeholder feedback sessions and drives cross‑functional strategy planning groups.
- Assesses current and future customer challenges and opportunities to get ahead of technical design cycles for new products, features, or solutions.
Position Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: 2-4 years of product management experience or relevant experience within digital risk protection, online brand protection, phishing protection, or related SAAS environments preferred.
- Experience conducting customer discovery, requirements gathering, and feedback analysis.
- Previous experience interacting with software development teams in an Agile environment.
- Experience working with the Pragmatic Institute / Pragmatic Marketing framework is preferred, but not required.

- Highly self‑motivated, customer‑centric, and ability to influence with limited authority.
- Ability to rapidly grasp technology and trends and make recommendations on future roadmap integration.
- Directly customer‑facing, with the ability to distil customer market problems into actionable product strategy.
- Strong collaborator, able to achieve product objectives through working with wide‑reaching internal stakeholders, from technology teams to marketing.
- Able to demonstrate an innovative approach to product road‑mapping, including early‑stage (pre‑product) market testing.
- Adept at navigating technology‑first conversations to identify and assess commercial and customer‑driven implications and opportunities.
- Analytical thinker, able to recognise market needs, distil strategy into executable initiatives, and crisply communicate plans across the organisation.
- Ability to work across geographically distributed cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex business and technical concepts to a wide range of audiences.
- With an international remit in a global business, some flexibility may be required to ensure global customers are represented in market assessment activities, and meetings can be held remotely with global teams.
