We’re looking for an organised and proactive Talent Administrator to support the day‑to‑day running of the recruitment and onboarding process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and can confidently manage multiple priorities. You’ll play a key role in keeping recruitment activity running smoothly while ensuring candidates, hiring managers, and new starters have a positive experience throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage the recruitment inbox throughout the day
  • Approve store vacancies within the ATS
  • Post vacancies on Indeed and other platforms where required
  • Maintain and update the live vacancy list
  • Support stores with initial screening conversations
  • Process candidate offers received through the recruitment inbox
  • Chase outstanding candidate documentation
  • Support candidate communications throughout the hiring process
  • Manage Refer a Friend forms and tracking sheet
  • Prepare onboarding packs
  • Maintain new starter review trackers and onboarding records
  • Produce weekly recruitment report
  • Maintain KPI trackers
  • Keep organisational charts updated
  • Track and report on leavers feedback
  • Support the Talent Manager and wider HR team with ad hoc administration tasks

Requirements:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and recruitment systems
  • Previous recruitment, HR, or administration experience preferred but not essential
