Venue Operations Manager

Seeking a passionate and dynamic Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our Venue. As the Operations Manager, you will be the key driver of the day-to-day activities using a keen eye for detail. * You'll manage and support the duty management team and volunteers, ensuring smooth daily operations around our customer hires and a seamless visitor experience on our open days. * Collaborating with our programming manager, you'll bring to life an array of exciting events and activities that captivate and inspire. * Your role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of the building along with health and safety, and maintenance that a historic venue demands. * You'll build and nurture other valuable partnerships that enhance the venues offerings. * Internally, you'll coordinate closely with the Venues Manager, along with the Customer Support Team, Front of House Supervisor, Head of Events, Halls Manager to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
