You\’ll be able to grow your desk, supported by a friendly, collaborative, and ambitious team. Key Responsibilities: * Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients * Manage the full 360 recruitment process from brief to placement * Source, attract, and interview high-quality candidates * Write and post engaging job adverts and outreach messages * Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records * Provide market insights and consultative support to clients * Achieve personal and team targets with integrity and professionalism * Represent The OPRA Group’s values across all communication and interactions What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (any sector considered) * Strong business development skills and confidence in winning new clients * Ability to manage multiple roles, deadlines, and priorities * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * A strong work ethic with a positive, proactive mindset * Ambition to grow your desk and maximise earning potential * Team spirit, we work collaboratively, not competitively Why Join The OPRA Group?
