This is a unique opportunity to be part of a newly established department, where you'll handle a diverse portfolio of claims, including real estate liability, personal injury, and European cases. We're seeking a proactive professional ready to make an immediate impact and grow into a future team leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a variety of claims, including real estate liability, injury, and European cases.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution of claims.
- Liaise with clients, insurers, and third parties to facilitate efficient claims processing.
- Utilise claims management systems to track and report on case progress.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of departmental processes and best practices.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience as a claims handler, preferably in real estate or liability claims.
- Familiarity with legal procedures and insurance claim documentation.
- Proficiency in claims management systems.
