An established design-led studio based in London is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and personable Studio Coordinator to join its team. This is a pivotal role at the heart of the studio, supporting daily operations, HR processes, administration, marketing activity, and overall team culture. Key Responsibilities
- Studio Management
- Oversee day-to-day studio operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
- Manage studio supplies, equipment, and maintenance, liaising with external service providers.
- Coordinate with outsourced IT support to maintain the studio’s technology needs.
- Actively contribute to the senior management team to support smooth studio operations.
- Act as a primary point of contact for external stakeholders and visitors.
- Organise and manage studio events, including showroom visits and Lunch & Learns.
- Carry out Fire Warden duties.
- Assist the Studio Director with HR software management.
- Support recruitment processes, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and record-keeping.
- Prepare onboarding documentation and help facilitate new starter orientation.
- Assist with staff reviews and contribute to maintaining a positive workplace culture.
- Provide administrative assistance to senior management.
- Plan and coordinate internal company events.
- Support new business initiatives, bids, and RFP responses.
- Maintain internal frameworks and documentation.
- Prepare and issue client invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Manage the studio’s PR and social media presence across Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Oversee website updates and general online presence.
- Liaise with PR consultants regarding events, press releases, and brand visibility.
- Attend networking events when required.
