Do you have a confident, professional phone manner and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? We’re looking for a Client Services Administrator to join a fast-paced contact centre team based in Stirling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls – this is a phone-based role
  • Managing customer queries efficiently and professionally
  • Updating records and managing communications via internal systems
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent telephone skills – confident and professional on calls
  • Proficient IT skills – experience with Word, Outlook, and Excel is essential
  • Quick to learn new IT systems
  • Previous experience in a contact centre or similar customer service environment is advantageous

Important Notes:

  • This role is fully phone-based in a contact centre environment – please only apply if comfortable with this
  • Full training will be provided
  • Candidates must have the right to work in the UK
  • If not a UK or Irish citizen, please confirm your visa type
  • Candidates on student visas are not eligible for this full-time role
