Our client is an exciting brand owner who works within the beauty sector and due to growth they are looking for a dynamic Product Development & Brand Executive to help shape and deliver cutting-edge beauty products that embody the brand’s identity and resonate with today’s consumer. This role sits at the intersection of product innovation and brand storytelling, ensuring every launch is only impactful. You’ll work closely with suppliers, marketers, and the sales team to create standout products while enhancing the brand across all touchpoints. This is a full time Monday to Friday role and is fully office based.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the end-to-end product development journey, ensuring each product reflects our brand vision and positioning
- Collaborating with suppliers and manufacturers to craft unique formulations and packaging solutions
- Managing timelines, maintaining meticulous documentation, and ensuring all products meet quality and regulatory standards
- Partnering with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product messaging and visual identity
- Contributing to brand campaigns and go-to-market strategies with compelling product stories
- Conducting trend and competitor research to inform product development and brand direction
- Monitoring post-launch performance and using insights to refine both product and brand strategies
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years in product development, brand management, or a related role within the beauty sector
- Strong grasp of beauty trends, product development cycles, and brand-building principles
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset
