Accounts Assistant. Our client works within the beauty sector and due to growth they are looking to recruit a Accounts Assistant to help support the day to day accounting activities. Working within a very sociable team there are excellent opportunities for growth and increased responsibilities. This is a full time Monday to Friday role and is fully office based. Key tasks: * Raising sales invoices * Post & review supplier invoices * Reconcile supplier statements * Allocate payments * Bank reconciliations * Prepare weekly payment runs * Credit control * Assist with month and year end Qualifications, Experience & Skills: * At least 1 years’ experience within an accounts / finance department * Ideally AAT qualified or similar * Previous experience with an accounting system and MS office * Numerical with strong attention to detail * Excellent communication skills both verbal and written * Have an interest in the beauty / fashion industry Our client take great pride in their culture and working environment and are there to support and help grow everyone that works for them.
