Our client works within the beauty sector and due to growth they are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to help support the day to day accounting activities. Working within a very sociable team there are excellent opportunities for growth and increased responsibilities. This is a full time Monday to Friday role and is fully office based.
Key tasks:
- Raising sales invoices
- Post & review supplier invoices
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Allocate payments
- Bank reconciliations
- Prepare weekly payment runs
- Credit control
- Assist with month and year end
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- At least 1 years’ experience within an accounts / finance department
- Ideally AAT qualified or similar
- Previous experience with an accounting system and MS office
- Numerical with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Have an interest in the beauty / fashion industry
