The Role: What You'll Be Doing
As the Returns & Dispatch Supervisor, you'll take charge of processing returned equipment and preparing outgoing gear making sure everything runs smoothly at the warehouse doors.
Returns Management:
- Receive and check returned equipment.
- Log items in the system and assess them for restocking, repair, or disposal.
Dispatch Operations:
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders.
- Generate shipping paperwork and load items onto vehicles.
- Communicate with drivers and keep track of schedules.
Logistics & Warehouse Support:
- Maintain a safe, tidy work environment.
- Perform vehicle and equipment checks.
- Occasionally drive company vans for deliveries.
