An established and growing technology solutions provider is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join its sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional with a strong track record in cloud communications, contact centre solutions and managed services.

The successful candidate will inherit a portfolio of existing customers while also being responsible for developing new business opportunities and growing revenue across their territory. This is a hybrid position with flexibility around location. While regular customer engagement is the priority, candidates should be willing to attend the office periodically, particularly during onboarding and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
  • Identify, pursue and win new business opportunities.
  • Sell complex cloud-based technology solutions, managed services and cloud communications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation and close.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets.
Required Experience
  • 25 years' successful B2B technology sales experience.
  • Proven ability to sell complex, consultative technology solutions.
  • Strong new business development and account management skills.
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
