Are you an experienced Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal looking to join a well-established and friendly property law firm? Our client is seeking a proactive and organised individual with a minimum of 2 years' residential conveyancing experience to support a busy team handling a varied caseload of property transactions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of the conveyancing process, working closely with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors to ensure transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing essential support across a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, including:
  • Assisting with residential sales, purchases and remortgages
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other third parties
  • Managing file administration and case progression
  • Preparing legal documents, forms and correspondence
  • Handling exchange and completion processes
  • Processing payments and financial transactions in line with compliance requirements
  • Providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders
  • Supporting fee earners to ensure excellent levels of client service

About You

  • At least 2 years' experience in a Residential Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal role
  • Strong understanding of the conveyancing process
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • The ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • Experience using case management systems would be advantageous
