Customer Service Advisor Permanent - Guildford - £28,000 We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and supportive team in Guildford.

This is a varied role where you'll be the key point of contact for customers, engineers and service partners, ensuring enquiries and service requests are handled efficiently from start to finish.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys problem-solving, working as part of a team and providing an exceptional customer experience.

This is a temp to perm position so we are looking for candidate who can start immediately or with a week's notice.

Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues via phone and email.

Coordinating engineer appointments and ensuring service visits are arranged promptly.

Liaising with external service partners and internal technical teams to ensure jobs are completed.

Monitoring outstanding jobs and following them through to completion.

Arranging parts deliveries and collections with the warehouse and engineers.

Providing customers with product and service information.

Supporting warranty administration and maintaining accurate customer data.

Assisting with the administration of engineer training events.

Providing general administrative support to the wider customer service team.

About You Previous experience in a customer service, customer support or call centre environment.

Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

Previous experience coordinating engineers, service appointments or working within a technical or manufacturing environment would be advantageous but is not essential. 22 days holiday, increasing with length of service.

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (40 hours per week).

Free on-site parking.

Private healthcare after two full calendar years of service.
