Job Description Childrens Services Coordinator Permanent Woking – £30,000 Our client is a local childrens charity who are looking for a Services Coordinator to lead their childrens and young peoples services. Youll run and grow a range of inclusive activities for those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), including: Afterschool Clubs (MonThurs) Weekend and School Holiday Play & Teen Sessions Evening Youth Groups Youll plan and deliver fun, structured sessions in a safe, supportive environment. Youll also support staff, ensure high-quality service, and advocate for the rights of disabled and autistic young people. This is a full time role (37.5 hours a week) working weekdays with one Saturday fortnightly (with a day off in the week). Main Responsibilities Planning & Organisation Work with the Team Leader to manage bookings and session places. Ensure all staffing needs are met by working with the Recruitment & Retention Manager. Create fun, engaging session plans and support Group Leaders to deliver them. Buy needed supplies (toys, craft materials, etc.) within the agreed budget.
