Job Description The EduQuality Manager, Project Management , is a highly varied and multi-functional role who works directly with the Director, EduQuality, to support the day-to-day operations of the EduQuality program implemented by Opportunity International across Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean (LAC). The role will work primarily for the EduQuality team while also working closely with the EduFinance Technical Assistance Facility (ETAF), Operations (Ops), and Data & Business Intelligence (BI) teams to ensure effective implementation and coordination of EduQuality activities. RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Program Events Management Ensure that all events and activities under the EduQuality program are delivered on time and within scope and budget. Lead the planning, logistics implementation, and delegation of key program events in all markets, including program launches, Introductory Seminars, Transition Seminars, School Leadership Professional Development, staff training, donor visits, etc. Administration, Budgeting, and Invoices Collaborate with the Director, EduQuality in managing a centralized global budget for all key program activities.
