Well, here is an exciting Residential volunteer program designed to unlock your leadership potential. Applications for the most anticipated “Scout Adventures Volunteer Program 2026″ are now open. An intensive 6-12 months volunteer program funded by the Scout Association is calling for applications from young leaders aged 18 and older from the United Kingdom, Europe, and across the world to volunteer and delve into the world of outdoor activities, packed with exciting challenges and adventures.
The selected volunteers will receive full training before induction and earn a recognized qualification in various areas such as retail, catering, event planning, hospitality, etc. International volunteers will receive a weekly allowance of £45 while the UK-based volunteers will receive £35. The host organization also covers on-site accommodation, meals, uniform and personal expenses. The Scout Adventure is offering two residential volunteering routes:
- The track is designed for individuals residing in the United Kingdom; the route offers a structured three-phase training plan. The track placements run from January to November 2026.
- The track is designed for both UK and international applications, offering a chance to join an amazing team of changemakers and provide unforgettable experiences to hundreds of young people. The residential placement is run from January to November 2026.
Coverage
The Scout Adventure Association, UK, offers comprehensive financial coverage:
- A weekly allowance of £45 per week: For international Volunteers
- £35 per week: for UK residents
- On-site accommodation & Meals for the duration of the program
- Uniforms that include jackets, t-shirts, and trousers

Eligibility Criteria
