Here is an exciting opportunity: the University of St. Andrews has announced the applications for its flagship “Blue Carbon Summer Programme 2026”. It’s an intensive 2-week summer course for international students delivered through the University’s Blue Carbon Academy.
The two-week course features field work, lab analysis, and mentorship from renowned global experts. The Institute invites applications from undergraduate and postgraduate students with an interest in the blue carbon science and policy frameworks. The duration of the course is 2 weeks, scheduled to take place at St. Andrews, Scotland from June 6th to 20th, 2026.
The Institute, in partnership with the WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature), offers 6 fully funded scholarships to talented students to participate in the summer program. The scholarships are awarded based on students’ academic excellence. Students interested in the summer course need to submit their applications by Tuesday, 31 March 2026. Incomplete and late submission of applications will not be entertained.
