About the roleSoftblues builds AI agents and process automation for UK and Irish businesses. We are looking for a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to lead the technical side of our client projects from discovery to production agents. You will work together with our delivery lead.What you will doWork with client environments and run technical sessions with their IT and data teamsMap client systems, integrations and risksAssess candidate agents for complexity and estimate the effortPresent the architecture and technical roadmap to the clientBuild agents from synthetic-data prototype to releaseRequirements6+ years in development, 2+ years with LLMsAt least 2 agent solutions in production, one in a corporate Microsoft environmentAzure (Entra ID, AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Functions or Container Apps, Key Vault)Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Graph API, Power Automate, Copilot Studio)OpenAI and Claude: tool calling, RAG, structured outputs, evalsAgent frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agent SDK, MCPPython, CI/CD, integrations with legacy systems without proper APIsStrict data discipline: synthetic data, GDPR, ISO 27001 environmentsC1 spoken English and confidence leading technical calls with clients on your ownAvailability during UK working hours (at least 9:00 to 16:00 UK time)Nice to haveC# / .NET, Microsoft certifications (AI-102, AZ-305), consulting or pre-sales experience, retail or hospitality domain.We offerDirect work with UK clients on real production projects20 to 40 hours a week during active phases, with further projects to followSmall team and quick decisionsStart as soon as possibleHiring process conducted in EnglishIntro call (30 min)Technical interviewPractical casePsychometric test
