Role Overview: As a Key Account Director, you will drive sales channel growth and profitability for designated accounts. You will act as a strategic partner, deepening account relationships and leveraging internal resources to achieve ambitious targets. Success in this role will position you for future progression into a Sales Director role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage sales growth and profitability for assigned accounts.
  • Orchestrate internal resources across marketing, GTM, retail, commercials, and supply chain to achieve sales targets and account growth.
  • Identify and develop synergistic opportunities to deepen account partnerships.
  • Cement senior stakeholder engagements and foster broader collaboration between OPPO and client organizations.
  • Develop strategic account plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving long-term success.
  • Maintain a hands-on, results-oriented approach, solving problems with agility and creativity.
