Rate: £390 inside IR35
Location: Knutsford Cheshire or Northampton (either site, 2 days onsite)
Duration: 6-12 months
Job Description:
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Act as a servant-leader to the scrum team, ensuring Agile principles are adhered to.
- Remove impediments and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align sprint goals with business objectives.
- Promote transparency and accountability within the team and towards leadership.
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- Experience in regulated environments, ideally in banking or financial services.
- Jira/Confluence proficiency.
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
- Certifications: CSM/PSM, SAFe Scrum Master (preferred).
- Banking or regulatory compliance experience is an added advantage.
