We are seeking a 2nd Line System Administrator to join our team of 2nd and 3rd Line engineers. Your responsibilities will include assisting a high-profile user community, maintaining daily contact with customers and stakeholders, and utilizing the IT Service Management Toolset. Monitoring Event Management tooling, triage, and escalation are critical aspects of this role.
