What we are looking for:
Are you ready to take the next step in your investment management journey? We’re looking for a motivated FOO Analyst I to join our dynamic Front Office Operations (FOO) team based in Henley‑on‑Thames! Among your responsibilities could be:
- In this role, you will support one or more of our five FOO practice areas: Investment Platform Management, Portfolio Monitoring, Trade Implementation, Client & Product Lifecycle, Regulatory & Policy Implementation.
Your day‑to‑day could include:
- Ensuring data integrity across pricing, cash positions, and corporate actions to support accurate start‑of‑day portfolio management.
- Supporting performance analysis, benchmark tolerance checks, cash management, FX and hedging workflows.
- Assisting with trade support, custom orders, and basket creation.
- Identifying and resolving operational issues proactively to ensure clean trading and pricing data.
- Partnering with PMs, traders, SMEs, and tech teams across global time zones.
- Communicating effectively with investment teams and providing clear, structured insights.
You’ll need to have:
- Experience with front‑office platforms (Aladdin, CRD, Bloomberg) – preferred.
- A solid understanding of various asset classes, particularly ETFs, Fixed Income, and Equity.
- A good understanding of the buy‑side, investment products, and front‑to‑back processes.
- Strong Excel skills (macros), and knowledge of SQL or Python (nice to have!).
- A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to write clear, concise documentation.
- High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and a natural curiosity to learn.
- The ability to adapt quickly to new systems and workflows.
