About the Company:
Our UK based Marketing agency helps chiropractors and osteopaths generate more bookings and new patients on a monthly basis.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for calling leads that have opted into an offer, closing them, and booking them for their first session.
Responsibilities:
- On the phone for 35 hours per week speaking to prospects who have expressed interest in an offer (Mon-Fri 9 - 5pm UK time)
- Make outbound calls to leads that have opted into an offer
- Close leads and take bookings over the phone
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects to ensure repeat business
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Continuously update and maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and competitor information
Requirements:
- Previous strong experience as a Telesales is required.
- Exceptional communication skills & Fluent English, both verbal and written, with a knack for building rapport over the phone.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Positive and proactive attitude with a customer-focused mindset
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Proven track record of success in converting leads to appointments.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to address objections and concerns effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the determination to achieve and exceed conversion goals.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting, demonstrating strong discipline and time management.
- Adept at adapting to evolving processes and eager to contribute to process enhancements.
Benefits and commercial package:
We offer a competitive salary of £504 per month, a positive and supportive work environment. Bonus available is up to £50 per week if you hit targets.
