Opos Limited is a technology-led BPO and FCA regulated debt recovery business with a major focus on the value of our people proposition. Based in Dumbarton, near Glasgow, we operate across multiple partners with a presence across various sectors; both regulated and non-regulated. We are primarily a consumer-focused business; however, we do have some presence in commercial collections and are currently growing this side of the business.

Role Purpose: This is an entry-level, office-based role working across Business Support and Client Services. No previous experience is required — full training will be provided. You will support day-to-day administrative tasks, customer and client communications, and internal operational processes. This role offers variety and exposure to different areas of the business, making it ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in a professional, regulated environment. You will be trained gradually and supported throughout, with clear processes and guidance in place.

Training & Support: Full training will be provided, including one-to-one support from an experienced team member through our buddy training approach. You will learn the role step-by-step, with ongoing support to help you build confidence and understanding as you progress.

Key Responsibilities (High-Level):

  • Managing shared mailboxes, emails, letters, and general correspondence
  • Supporting daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Assisting with document handling, data updates, and record keeping
  • Supporting internal teams with routine processes and requests
  • Helping ensure tasks are completed accurately and in line with procedures
  • Call handling

Client Services:

  • Supporting customer and client communications across different channels
  • Assisting with basic client requests and service queries
  • Helping prepare information, updates, and routine reports
  • Supporting client onboarding and ongoing service delivery
  • Working with colleagues to ensure a positive, professional client experience

You will not be expected to carry out all tasks independently from day one — training and support will be provided throughout.

What We're Looking For: We're looking for the right attitude and willingness to learn. You'll be someone who:

  • Is organised, reliable, and keen to learn
  • Has good written and verbal communication skills
  • Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems
  • Can follow processes and pay attention to detail
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in administration, customer service, or office-based roles is helpful but not essential.
