У команді OPORA волонтери — це рівноправні учасники спільної справи, які щодня роблять внесок у підтримку українців.
OPORA відкриває набір до команди волонтерів-адміністраторів Telegram-чату, які надають інформаційну підтримку українцям у процесі адаптації у Великій Британії. Це не технічна роль — це про комунікацію, відповідальність і бажання допомогти.
Навчання та підтримка гарантовані. Ми всьому навчимо.
Responsibilities
- Основні обов’язки
- Відповіді на запитання учасників у Telegram-чаті OPORA: інфо-чат
- Надання перевірених, точних відповідей відповідей із повагою до життєвих обставин людини.
- Підтримка доброзичливої та конструктивної атмосфери в чаті
- Взаємодія з іншими волонтерами та координаторами
What we expect
- Обов’язкова умова — ви повинні фактично проживати у Великій Британії
- Формат: віддалено
- Наявність від 4 вільних годин на тиждень (гнучкий графік)
- Мінімум 3 місяці волонтерської участі
- Вільне володіння українською мовою, грамотне письмове мовлення
- Високий рівень відповідальності, уважності, здатності працювати з людьми
- Базові навички пошуку та аналізу інформації /вміння шукати та аналізувати інформацію
- Знання англійської мови — бажане, але не обов’язкове
- Вік: від 18 років
