Primary School Teacher

The Role: As a Primary Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons tailored to your pupils' needs.
• Creating a warm, inclusive classroom culture where all children feel valued and motivated.
• Adapting teaching strategies to support learners of all abilities, including those with SEND.
• Monitoring and assessing student progress to help each child reach their full potential.
• Working closely with staff, parents, and carers to support both academic and emotional development.
• Contributing to the school's wider community through clubs, trips, and events.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to inclusive education.
• Excellent behaviour management and classroom leadership skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
• Experience across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 is welcomed.
