Opogo and our community of schools are looking for adaptable candidates to work within our Secondary School in Camden, on a long term supply basis.

About the role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant to join a vibrant and well-run Secondary School . You will be working 1-1 and in small groups with students who have varying needs. This role would suit someone who has worked in either a mainstream or SEN setting with Secondary-aged pupils, ideally at an inner-London school. Previous school-based experience would be desirable, and candidates must be comfortable working with KS3 and KS4.

Ideal Candidate:

·Experienced with working with SEND pupils.

·Good behaviour management skills.

·Previous experience working with SEND pupils.

·Good interpersonal skill and knowledge of SEND best practices.

·Eager to support students academically and emotionally.

·Ability to work in a team collaboratively to ensure pupil progression academically and emotionally.

·Understanding of EHCP plans.
