Responsibilities: Offer 1:1 and group support for pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and PMLD. Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Use a variety of strategies to support pupils’ communication, social, and emotional development. Requirements: Experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a school setting. A resilient and positive attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Confidence in providing personal care. Knowledge of Makaton, PECs, or other communication systems is desirable.
