Drama Teacher - East London in East London

One of our Secondary Schoolsin the Hackney Boroughis looking for a DramaTeacher / Head of Drama, supporting their students to excel.

This is an up and coming school that has great behaviour management policies, a positive and engaged staff, and inspiring leadership. Teachers here thrive, and are given the opportunity to grow and develop their careers in a meaningful way.

This is to cover the Spring Term, with the opportunity extend. I am looking for a Head of Drama, or an engaged and motivated Drama Teacher who is looking to progress in their career.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

• Established experience as a Secondary Drama Teacher in a classroom environment
• Experience teaching KS3 – KS4
• Be able to demonstrate strong classroom management and the ability to effectively handle a broad range of behaviours
• High levels of motivation, organisational skills and punctuality
• UK experience highly desirable
• Have a strong understanding of the curriculum and valuable teaching practices.
• Be able to inspire, motivate, and engage pupils including those with learning difficulties and SEND needs.
