Manage and maintain end user hardware and software, ensuring devices and applications are up-to-date. Provide basic end user training as needed. Install and maintain IT equipment such as PCs, mobiles, servers, and networks. Support system upgrades and migrations. Report and resolve IT issues to minimize downtime. Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure, escalate issues as necessary. Follow security protocols to protect IT systems and data. Participate in data management, backups, and recovery. Contribute to IT projects related to system modernization and implementation. Serve as the point of contact for plant IT operations and collaborate with stakeholders.
